I know. And I know how damn expensive this is. Perhaps it's cheaper for us to fly over than for you ordering your passport?! ;D

How expensive is it to get a passport in the UK? Here in NL it's required to have either an ID-card (EU) or a passport (EU and rest of the world)... We have to carry it with us all the time, even if we are in NL. The police is entitled to check it whenever they want to...

Same here. You can go almost everywhere in Europe with your ID-Card. I don't even have a passport anymore. But Jen has said before that it is very expensive to have a passport in UK.

Great pics, Jen! I say the next meetup should definitely be in Cornwall! I never realised that you all have to carry an ID card around all the time, what happens if you don't have it?

How expensive is it to get a passport in the UK? To be fair I haven't got a clue but it's a hassle more than anything as you have to find people to be your references - if you ask the doctor they charge you for the privilage and I can't think of anyone else!! damn it!!

Oh boy, that sounds complicated Jen... @ Molly: people in NL always have to be able to identify themselves with ID-card or passport. Sometimes a driver's licence is considered ID too, but if you can't show the police any ID you'll be fined WTF!! Listening to the radio right now, to a "pop quiz"... The DJ asked this question: "Queen will record a new album soon, who is the new lead singer of Queen??" I really get angry hearing that, it's still Queen PLUS Paul Rodgers... sorry for this rant

I really get angry hearing that, it's still Queen PLUS Paul Rodgers... I know what you mean - but what if the new album was credited to "Queen" full stop? Could it be? Being things as they are now...

Ah what do they know. I don't care about their type of recherchen anymore. I still remember a pic of Brian, Paul and Trip Khalef (the sound guy) with the line "this is Queen & Paul Rodgers" underneath.
