Hi ladies! After reading for a while I thougt I should introduce myself. ;D Here we go... I'm 33 years old with hubby and kids, living in Nuremberg/Germany and new to the Rogermania. I always loved listening to Queen songs although I never considered myself a fan. That changend quickly after finally buying the "Live at Wembley" DVD and shortly after that "Greatest Video Hits 1 + 2". Now I'm completely bewitched by the guys especially Roger! Please don't mind my bad English. It's been a long time since making conversation. Ciao, Eliza

Hi Eliza, welcome out of lurkdom and to the board of course. So this makes us two German girls (?) on this board since I am from Cologne. So don't worry about your English (btw which is fine!) and post til you drop! Oh, and I stumbled over this picture from the Musical Dome in Cologne. THE venue of the WWRY show in Germany. Such a lovely picture...

Ts... and you happen to live in Cologne. *sigh* Will you be there for the premiere? At least to spot one of our favs? I know Brian and Roger will be in the next Wetten dass show in Nuremberg! Unfortunately I had no idea about that, so I didn't go for tickets in august. Very disappointing though..

Thanks Jenny! I second that Brigitte does a great job! I've been looking for Roger sites quite a while and all I got was his official one, wich is not very fruitful to be honest. You can imagine how happy I was when I found this marvellous site!

You can imagine how happy I was when I found this marvellous site! Hi Eliza, welcome to this Roger-board!!! My real name is Judith, I'm from the Netherlands, 29 years old. I've been a Queen-fan since I was a kid and a Roger-worshipper since the tribute concert in 1992. And you are right, this Roger site is the BEST! Thanx to Brigitte!!!

You can still try to get tickets through ebay. That's always a place to look for stuff. Though this could get really expensive. Tickets for the next show (on Saturday) cost around 125 Euros.

I'm sure the tickets for the "Queenshow" will be much more expensive. You find alot of exitement amongst the German Queen fans. Those "die hard" fans will certainly pay what they want just to see the boys live.

This is very well possible. I don't know.... like the music/boys ever since I am 14 (long long ago ) and even back then I hated some attitudes of these die hard fans. Though it was an incredible talented and gifted band not EVERYTHING was great, some stuff just wasn't (ok, who am I to say if music is brilliant or not... ). And not everything they said/say can be taken seriously or is my bible. I am not even starting to mention those endless discussions wether Rog & Brian are *allowed* to use the Queen name... (makes me img.photobucket.com/albums/v485/TigerTaylor/puke.gif[/img]... - BTW thanks, Tiger, for this smiley!) Still I will keep an eye at ebay and should it be possible to get there I will (together with my friend Queenie.... who is still supposed to post her memories! Hello, Queenie?)

Hi TigerTaylor and Bechito! Thanks for the warm welcome. Chile huh? If I get me a large drill and start digging straight trough the earth, maybe I'm able to give you a short hello when coming out on the other side.

Ok, I admit. Digging through earth is not the best way. Emailing is far the better way to say hello to people. I won't go to Cologne but I could go for the Wetten dass show wich takes place only 10 kilometers from here. *g* My hubby will call me insane I guess. *haha* Nah, I'm not fan "enough" I guess. I'd would feel embarrased shouting for Roger and Brian in order to say hello. *blush*

Drag your hubby along and tell him, who else will appear on this show and distract his thoughts about the fact that it's just because of Rog/Brian you want to go there.
If Nurnberg wouldn't be so far away (4 hours by car and ALL the way back in the middle of the night) I'd probably go there. I have an eye open for tickets and I guess I just wait and see...
