The matter is that it's a shame I did not look earlier at this thread, coz I am still very pissed off by the way you treated Brigitte! It's not only because I'm good friends with her. I'd have posted the same for any other member here. I just can't keep my mouth shut when I feel someone is treated badly, no matter if you consider this issue as sorted. Sorry.

Sorry. hmm interesting comment. I decline to engage in this off topic conversation any longer. Now coming back to the topic of Roger's Meadows I hope you liked the footage on Roger on Hale & Pace: The Stonk - sorry it is not such great quality but that was the best recording of it we have. I loved watching Roger play the kiddie drum kit and where Rowan Atkinson runs off behind him blocking his ears. Totally hilarious! Anyone else got this footage in better condition out there? The Cross footage I promised a poster in here will go up over the weekend. Cheers Isis

hi, I am new here, but a stone old digital Queenie.
Compliments for the website here, and even more for the one originally mentioned in this thread. I hope that it here is as in good fora, that the topics are held clean and give the information about the topic, not all kind of personal 'look how good I am' widgets:)
I hope on a long and constructive appearance here!

Just to let you know that I have been sick for about a month and unable to add new footage to Roger's Meadows. I have finally got slightly better and am able to do a little bit at a time - so change over is happening on and off this month.
Just wanted to let you know.
Thanks Isis

Just to let you know I am still working on the revamp of RM but I have completed (well apart from the menu that still has to go in yet) for the footage. Let me know what you think of that page. Do you recognise the room? www.rogersmeadows.com/Theatre.htmIt may take a bit to download the first time but once the pic is logged on your computer it will just come up in no time.

It loads nicely and fast with broadband so I don't have a problem with this. The only one I have is with the picuture... I don't know if it's good to post it at all. I know it's been around since Milhanger was sold and the broschure was on ebay. I know Kim has those on her photowebsite. But then it's not his home anymore.

Thanks for taking the time to give me some feedback Brigitte. I don't think it is too much of an issue that it is not his room anymore. It is supposed to give you the feel that you are in his space watching his home movies. I think it is the perfect image to create this feel. The room won't look like this now for sure. But I am not too concerned - we got the image ages ago from Queen Zone I think. They were posted up for share for one day only and we grabbed them then. Anyway I have finally got it all overhauled if you want to look at the new stuff on there and let me know what you think I am open to feedback. I won't do update posts in here just it has been a while since i have updated it fully so I just wanted to let you all know it was finished now and I should be well enough now to get back on track and update each month or 2 - depends on how my health is these days. Regards Isis

"...The party...was traveling along the A30 to a booking at Dobwalls Village Hall, just a mile or so outside Liskeard. They passed through the village of Indian Queens and ran into fog and driving rain on Goss Moor where the road is picked put through marshland and cotton grass. There was suddenly a great collision and the van somersaulted and landed on its roof. "I remember the van turning over , it seemed to happen in slow motion," said Rick Penrose. "There was a deadly silence and then the sound of metal scraping on the road as we slide along". Just reading this on your website Isis! I find this funny because my work are actually doing road schemes both at Dobwalls and Indian Queens! In fact, I think we held an exhibition at Dobwalls village hall! Ha ha! www.highways.gov.uk/roads/projects/3454.aspxwww.highways.gov.uk/roads/projects/3482.aspxThen of course, we did a scheme on the A3 just outside his old house in Thursley!
