You were right about the support act, that girl is soo arrogant and moody all the time, don't like her! And... she was not really impressed with Queen + PR, in her opinion Queen totally died when Freddie died...  Why did they bother having her as a support act then??  |

I'm glad none of the concerts I went to had support acts! I am definitely glad the UK ones didn't, in Hyde Park and I could understand the need for a support but Razorlight - there were so many better bands out there  |

Sarah, loved your diary entry of Cologne. Cannot believe it's over 2 months ago.... Though I do have to comment on 2 things:  Spike and Jamie (Moses) were also in the bar and Brigitte was chatting to Jamie (Moses). She went off to speak to her friend on the other side of the bar and had to brush past Roger! Unfortunately you did not mention his "sorry" etc. of this incident... *still looking for a cold shower* I then chatted to a girl who was in WWRY for a bit. Later still, we were sitting at a table (Brigitte was somewhere with Jamie (Moses) and came back later...) Sounds like I did God knows what - which I didn't do! And I was just gone for some 45 min. I know it cause I wanted to leave earlier so people wouldn't get the wrong impression! ;D |

Aaaaah...love your review, Sarah!!!   Well done and so detailed! It must have taken you hours to write that down!  This line though makes me wonder: "Yay! I was telling them about Brian in speedos in Lisbon which made Brigitte take the wrong turning of the motorway!" LOL Brigitte? A secret MID? LOL ;D ;D ;D |

Otherwise I come over a bit errrr cheap, right? This is what Eliza posted in the Colgone thread so I just quote her: The concert was fab! At some point you even forgot about the rain and I was delighted to see Roger running down the catwalk, because the rain came back heavily. LOL I will also never forget the smile he gave Brigitte! *swoooon* Awww! I failed at spotting Brian's belly though. *sob sob*
It was a fab concert altogether and it was so much fun to meet you girls! Had also a fab time at the hotel bar afterwards! I can't believe Dom and Rory were there, too! No sign of Serena, wich was good, coz it would probably have spoiled Brigitte's evening. After THAT smile and the BBA (big bumping accident)! Yes. Our dear boss bumped into Roger and he was just inches away from her neckline, giving her a raunchy smile. *swwwoooon again* Hope you find this helpful. Will have a look back tomorrow as I am now out of the office. Thanks so much for writing that down. It's good to know that there's a place where you can re-read things. Damned me I didn't do this in the past.... Anyway, wishing you all a nice evening. See you all tomorrow! |

It was fun and exciting too to read your reviews, Sarah! Thanks for it, must have been a lto of work for you to describe so detailed. Just one thing I do remember in another way: You worte: They didn't exactly know Paul Rodgers so I sang them some short versions of the all songs!! Oh dear! They did recognise them though!As far as I remember they recognised it after your singing! |
