To top it all off I had to walk to the bus stop whilst it was still going on arrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhh.............sorry I know that's not about roger!! Although I did wish he was there so I could cuddle up to him ;D ;D

Since when do you mind going off topic? ;D ;D ;D We haven't thunderstorms over here yet. Just loads of hot air. It won't cool down in the night either. There's almost no refreshment. But on the other hand it's lovely sitting outside and having a good glass of wine.

*still off-topic* No storms or a little bit rain here. Just the opposite! Nearly 36 C° and not wind!!!!! Feeling like in the sahara, when I´m outside. Best thing is: we installed a air condition in our house since the hot summer 2003 and I swear it was worth it

Big thunderstorms tonight. I already thought our windows would come in. ;D But no refreshment today. About 33 degrees and tremendously high air humidity.

Big thunderstorms tonight. I already thought our windows would come in. ;D But no refreshment today. About 33 degrees and tremendously high air humidity. We had a bit of thunderstorm early today. It's a bit cooler now (bless!). But yesterday was horrible. I was at an outdoor show at the Rhine (beautiful, entertaining, funny!) and I just couldn't stop sweating. Got better at around 1 am. There's a club down the river where you have a big beach and everything you need to think you are in the south and you can sit there until the early morning. And while you think you are in the south you look at the Cologne cathedral. Breathtaking! Love this city (even if Rog is not living here!)

Same here. Next week is supposed to get over the 35's again. Uh, I really hope this summer won't get as hot as the summer in 2003!

I could do with some air-conditioning or maybe going to London.
