I found it hard to find the single posts on the Cologne concert/meeting points/possible queueing times, etc. in those various threads. So I made a new one! Also for all the reviews about the gig it's nice to have a new thread.
To those who travel from other cities and countries and booked the hotel here let me know your arrival times/dates and I'll do my best in providing you with timetables of trains from the airport, maps, etc.!

Good idea!  I´ll arrive on wednesday at 2.00 pm at the station. I would be glad if you can describe the way to our hotel. I don´t think I need a taxi bec you told me once i t´s very close to the station! ;D As far as I can recall the results of our chat wednesday night these are: - queuing at 3.00 pm - having fun at the concert ;D ;D - meeting at a special meeting point afterwards (we´ve still to decide where this could be) or latest in the hotel again - dressing up (evt. putting my son to bed) - going to Hyatt Girls please correct me if I confuse the things again  ;D ;D |

Nah, it's fine, coops. Just one thing...Sarah and myself decided on queuing from around 10ish on. I'll arrive at 9.20 on tuesday at the airport. I know this is quite early, but a later flight was impossible.  Thanks very much in advance, Brigitte, for being so sweet to provide timetables.  If you can't make it, please let me know. I'll then look for another way to get the information.  |

Nah, it's fine, coops. Just one thing...Sarah and myself decided on queuing from around 10ish on. This is f*cking early....  So it's 9.20 h in the morning for Eliza and 2.00 pm for coops & Son. I will finish work at 3.30 that day (that's the earliest I am allowed to leave work and I am making up for that and 2 days off by doing extra hours now! *big sigh*). Anyway, no way I can fetch you both at the airport cause I am still at work. But I will definately meet you at your hotel in the late afternoon and I am looking for timetables over the weekend (and yes I can do it over the weekend!  and directions! |

Tiger, I know how you are feeling right now.  ((((((hugs))))) I've tried to call BB Promotions today. The girl gave me another number, but nobody answers. *grrrrrrrrrrrrr* Will have another try....  *edit* Reached them finally, but it wasn't very enlightening. The bloke told me he doesn't know whether there's going to be a pit or not. Oh my...... He suggested to me to be there early enough to make it amongst the first 100 or 200 people, because those would be definitely right in front of the stage no matter of wich gate they queued in front before. He couldn't tell me wich gate to use though. And now? |

are there so many gates?? if I think of "Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion" in Stuttgart, there´s only one main gate where you must queue. When it´s opened you´re in a kind of front court, where the ticket-boxes are and behind them the securities. If you passed them you´re free to run where you want to. Mainly straight to the stage! ;D ;D |

Girls, just checked the weather forecast and as it looks it's going to be wet on wednesday....! Let's keep fingers crossed that it won't be too bad. I can live with clowds and cold, just no rain please! I´ve looked it up on saturday and it said rain, rain, rain.. I hoped the forecast will change this week Fatal error! |
