One of my portuguese friend and I were talking about Queen last night and she told me that they are performing in Portugal tonight. She said that the show wil be broadcast on TV in many countries in the world and she said something about the Live 8. Hum, I'd want to know if someone else knows about it.  |

There will be a live message to the Live 8 concert from Queen's Lisbon concert. That's all I know. Surely Queen would have been playing at Hyde Park today if they hadn't booked this Portuguese gig, so it's in memory of Freddie's great performance in Live Aid 20 years ago that Queen will participate in this way |

the whole show in Paris and in London will be on TV tonight in France. It will finish at about 6:00 AM and i'm going to watch it. Hoping i'll see a message from them |

There hasn't been anything from them, and now Robbie has just finished singing WWRY... I'm not a happy person. >=(

Yeah it is, it was meant to finish at 9:30pm GMT, and it's now 10:20[ish]pm. There's still quite a few acts to play aswell.
It said in all my television papers there's a performance from Queen, I wanted a message at least... maybe they'll say something at the finale. I'm just wishing now..

There has been a message on Bri's site for a few minutes yesterday. I happened to browse his site and was kinda surprised, because the note said "there was never the possibility of Live 8". It was listed under news "Soapbox", but when I clicked on the text I was guided somewhere else and when I got back to the menue, the note from him had disappeared. |

Brian said something denying the 'performance' bit on his soapbox, but did say there would be a message. |

It said that in my TV mag too I'm not amused especially Robbie trying to do WWRY but I should imagine Queen may have finished their set in Lisbon soon  Plus I expect if they did do a video message the BBC wouldn't let us see it coz they seem to cut to the crowd when important messages are being played |

Well at least he mentioned the word Queen.. and hands... I thought that was a hint there. I was so wrong.
I'd get a ticket for Hyde Park if I could get down there, unfortunately I can't get out of Scotland, which sucks so much.
