thanks for posting that synopsis elenir - don't think I'll be reading it I got bored reading that lol Clockwork Orange?? I get that confused with something else Talking of books that mention Queen there is a book that is called (don't quote me on this) Crazy Little Thing Called Love and in the first paragraph it mentions about this bloke talking to his mate about Freddie's death. It's quite a good book, Yes I did buy it with the reference to Queen. Basically it's about this bloke whose in a band and wants this girl to like him If I remember rightly it had a strange ending

that is all soo cool! I really don't think Rog is the poetic type! I started watching Clockwork Orange and stopped coz it was awful!!! I did see the new hitchhikers movie the other day and it was very funny even though I'm dead against remakes at the moment!

Me too. Mmm, I read Star Trek and Star Wars books and of course I read the Hitchhikers Guide, but apart from that I prefer Fantasy books. He should read Terry Pratchett, I think he would like it. Anthony Burgess? He's that guy that wrote Clockwork Orange? Earthly Powers amazon synopsis: "Anthony Burgess' epic masterpiece follows the lives of two men who each represent different kinds of earthly power. Kenneth Toomey is an eminent novelist, world-famous homosexual, and a man who has outlived his contemporaries to survive into honoured, bitter, luxurious old age as a celebrity of dubious notoriety. Don Carlo Campanati is a man of God, who rises through the Vatican as a subtle negotiator and shrewd manipulator to become the controversial architect of church revolution and a candidate for sainthood. Through the lives of these two men, related to each other not only by family ties but also by sympathy, genius and a deep common understanding of mankind's frailties, Burgess explores the very essence of power." :)I don't know why,but I think that book suited perfectly to the Rog philosophy, that book told the story of a bigot and another man who was the opposite...Just thinking why that bigot was an Italian... (Carlo Campanati is a proper Italian name...)
