Does anyone watch it?? With his Pub Lordlords obsession with Queen, he was on the radio today and was saying they are in talks with Roger and Brian for them to go on for the last show :-D

Yeah I heard that. Could be cool if they went along with it. Apparently every guest who is performing on the show can/is supposed to pick a Queen song to play/sing .

it was hilarious actually! I saw most of it but didn't see katie Melua singing crazy little thing called love yet I taped it after having to switch sides for the footie groan at husband haha! Basically I can't work out if Al Murray is a huge Queen fan or if his pub landlord alter ego is a huge fan it would fit the character you see! Oh that would be sooo good if wueen were on the last show although did anyone see it? he is soooo rude to his guests and starts either interupting or nodding off during the interview and basically shows he isn't the least bit interested in what they have to say! I can see this annoying Brian haha!

I think both of them like Queen, but I wonder if he would hang off their every word as they are his idols, my manager is the spitting image of Al Murray

Trina's better at explaining than me so I shall leave that to her Al Murray's show was really good and it would be fab if Queen were on the last show. However I can see Trina's point about him cutting people off and generally being rude ~ not sure I'd want to see Roger putting up with that

no exactly Jen I mean it's funny and part of his persona and act but at the same time I don't want to see Rog go through that and brian would have a fit haha! Oh by the way about the irish comment just realised i was getting confused with Dara obrien lol! ignore me! thanks for that Jen now how to explain ummm @ Elenir hopefully this will make sense! Al Murray is a comedian who has a act called the pub landlord. he is completley stereotypically british you know loves the queen and country, has the flag everywhere loves the british bulldog and hates everything foreign like the euro etc etc hopefully people like him don't really exist it's a blown up exaggerated view on the english if you know what I mean. Well I wanted to know if the whole loving Queen things was part of his character because it fits in with it or if Al murray himself was a genuine fan you see. I really hope this makes sense xx

Makes perfect sense for me, too. So thanks for explaining! I cannot see Brian going through it without suffering too much but I would love to see Roger facing him cause he's quick and witty and it could be fun! ;D

I read somewhere I think during the news column on Queenzone that they are going to be appearing on it soon. (Our very own Sarah went up to watch it being recorded today apparently )
