They do both look great!!! I've got a question regarding the VH1 thingy. Has Paul being awarded as a "member of Queen", too? I mean, he has also got such a ring? I know many of you have different thoughts on Paul replacing Freddie when you read "Paul Rodgers of Queen" under the pics. Paul has given our boys so much. Has given Queen so much. Without him, the past tour wouldn't have been possible. For me, it feels kinda right now to read his name in that way.

Looks like he had a ring too! But I have a feeling that they gave one to him just because he's part of the Queen thing right now...not for his own accomplishments. This tour gave him a very huge spot...I for first have to confess that I didn't know Paul Rodgers until last year! He's been in the shadows for a long time, as far as I can see. (P.S.: I didn't mean to sound harsh talking about Paul - I just stated a fact, that is, he wasn't a well-known singer before this tour...in Europe at least!). As for the name, I guess he was credited that way just because it was easier to write...the tour was called "Queen+PR", wasn't it? They never called themselves "Queen" full stop. We don't even know what they're planning to do next. That's just my guess though!

I have to agree, Roberta. I didn't know Paul before last year either. But I knew Free and Bad Company. Well at least some of their songs. They have been much bigger in the US than in Europe and I believe that a part of the US audience was coming to see Paul in the first instance.
No doubt that the collaboration with Queen has bumped up his career. I'm really happy for him as he has given us so much in return and he's such a nice guy, too.

Never heard of Paul before. Well, I knew some songs, the popular ones, but never heard of him or his bands. ;D ;D As you wrote they gave another much support and the result was an even bigger tour as planned!
