All I can do is put a word in - which I shall do - I know what the figures are, and I know that Jacky has only received a very small number of aftershow tickets compared to premiere tickets - but I don't know if she has any particular people in mind. I wasn't aware of it, but I must have been e-mailed in advance of others because of the need for someone to 'do the honours' with the tickets, but I understand that all the premiere tickets are free - I don't think that will be a 'secret' anymore as of Monday... Thanks sooo much for putting a word in... really, I think there will be no more you could do for us but we have to take all the chances that are given... I emailed Jacky yesterday, too, though I fear I´m becoming unpopular to her because I bet, there are a lot of people bombarding her with requests.....

For that reason I did not send a second mail as she requested but now I think I should have.... Keeping my fingers crossed for us as well, coops! *depressed and restless about it all*

Sorry, I can't put the word in as I said, because of Jacky getting the e-mails about the tix, which she's now asked me not to say anything about - it's a bit late now... I was just sharing some good news with you guys - as I said before, I didn't know I might have been the only person she told.

Though I don't understand the first part all I can say it doesn't sound too good.... More like burying the plan to go to Zurich at all... It's sad cause I am not attending every event (like the SAS gig in December to see Felix and Arty) which makes it even worse I was just sharing some good news with you guys - as I said before, I didn't know I might have been the only person she told. I hope you didn't get into any trouble now. That's the last thing I wanted, Alison!

Hey, just a quick note from me. It was great yesterday but something in the food must have been bad. I feel terrible today, got nausea. I'll report as soon as I feel better. At least so much better that I can sit up without feeling sick...

Thanks. I'm a lot better today, still a bit weak, but no more feeling sick. Ok, now the "report". We arrived a bit early to the theater. It's apparently newly renovated and looks nice. I think I was the youngest of us. I had to answer several questions about when Freddie died and the people were astonished when I told them the exact date since they only wanted to know the year. ;D When we were let in we had some food. Which actually tasted quite good. One of the service guys looked quite cute, btw, unfortunately he was serving at the other bar. One guy of our group drank to much wine! He was totally drunk before the show started! I still can't believe that! He didn't go in to see the musical, he stayed in the "VIP Lounge" with his woman. And for that they paid 260€! Anyway, the musical was great! They had some microphone problems at one point but it didn't matter a lot. I though that perhaps too many songs were translated into German, though I really liked the translation of "No-one but you". Oh, btw, they speak "normal" German, no Schwyzerdütsch. Except of one or two songs mentioned. The band was great, too. They had two drum sets for what Roger does with one. LOL They only bad thing was that at the merchandising sale they neither take Euros nor cards! I wanted to buy a Queen shirt. *sigh* So if you want to buy anything then you should bring Franken.

Thanks for your report and good to hear that you are feeling better! So you had a great time then watching it. YAY!!! Well done. Shame though about the guy who spent 260 € on tickets and got drunk. I bet this would have been possible in a cheaper way. But not our business! ;D ;D ;D

Glad that you´re feeling better now. Thanks for the report, Pam. Good to know that they only take Franken and no other currency. I bet I would have forgotten that there´s no Euro in Switzerland if you wouldn´t have reminded me.. *stupid blonde* Also glad to hear that they sing the translated songs in German and not Swyzerdütsch. I wouldn´t understand a single word in that language. ;D ;D ;D

Was this your very first time at WWRY? Yes it was. @coops: I know. You get so used to the Euro. And Switzerland - that's even leaving the EU. Though normally I never get checked - they notice when you're from Baden and only on a day trip to Switzerland. But that time a police men took a look in our bus (means he was German) at the way back. He thought we were coming home from a popstarts casting! LOL
