Hiiiii everyone!!! I got back from Antwerp yesterday evening and it was SOOOOOOOOO FANTASTIC!!!!! Really awesome, beyond expectations... and I met our sweet boss Brigitte!! Ok, here's my "short" review: We arrived in Antwerp at 1500, checked in our hotel and headed to the centre of Antwerp to get something to eat and have a drink. Arrived at the venue just before 1900, MUCH too late according to me Anyway, we were standing about 30 m from the stage, two giant men standing in front of us, so I was getting a bit pissed. My only chance to see the boys live and I wouldn't be able to *see* them!!! BUT: Dennis' dad suddenly said: hey, there's a little stage over there, just two meters away from us!!! Well, it turned out that half of the concert, the boys were performing there!!! I couldn't believe my luck!!! PP entered the stage just next to us, Brian then joined him for TYMD, they rocked!!! And if I jumped very high I could see Roger behind his drums!!! ;D ;D ;D After the first few songs, Roger came from behind his kit and started walking towards "our" stage in the crowd... Needless to say I screamed my butt off!!! "Roger, come here!" Well, he did (he heard me!! LOL), and sang "say it's not true"... WOW WOW WOW!! I was standing 2 meters away from him!!! He also sang a part of Radio Gaga (and he pointed his butt towards us and clapped on it!! He must have known I, the bum lover, was standing there ;D ;D ;D) and days of our lives from our stage, it was great!!! Btw, I spotted "the thing", so you could imagine how close I was... LOL.. Brian played 39 and Love of my life, also on that stage. Wow, the whole crowd singing with him, such a great atmosphere! Brian was very emotional, I could see the tears in his eyes... awwww.. sweet guy! The boys really had such a great time, making fun all the time. Roger did a great drum solo, I was like , afterwards he performed IILWMC, WOW! Very impressed! His voice was great! And again he was throwing with drumsticks: two in the audience, one high in the air - which he caught!! - and one fell on his head!! ;D ;D ;D Silly man... Dennis and his parents also had a great time, they were VERY impressed and had a great time! After the concert I met Brigitte, soo nice to meet her! We took two pix together, one in "bad light", so we decided to take another one... LOL We have to look pretty on the pic offcourse!! ;D ;D ;D Too bad we didn't have much time together, we had to take the last metro back to the centre of Antwerp, where we went to the pub and got drunk... LOL.. Brigitte, where are you girl? Can's wait to see your pix and video!!! ;D ;D ;D Our hotel was great, Astrid park plaza, beautiful new hotel. Didn't see Roger there, damn! ;D ;D ;D Loads of celeb pix in the corridor, Meatloaf, Lionel Richie, Bryan Adams, sooo the boys COULD have been there. Well, that was my review, now I'll start looking for pix of it, cause the pix Dennis made with his mobile phone are a "bit" blurred!!!

They all rocked!! I liked PP, he had so much fun performing!!! Brian did a few excellent solo's, didn't appreciate Chinese Torture though, MY EARS!!! And Roger hit the drums like he was 30, what a power!!! I LOVED his drum solo, which took very long. Brian was waiting next to his kit, waiting to start IILWMC, looking rather impressed at Roger like: wooow, how much longer will he go on? But Roger just kept drumming and drumming!! ;D ;D ;D

Hi Sarah. It shoudl be ok I think it's like U2 do, they have a little walkway down the middle of the room so as long as you are right next to that at the front you will get really close! We will be fine!!! (fingers crossed too early for me to panic about where I am standing I will be a nevous wreck before I get there ha ha)

LOL @ Jenny, I'm sure he didn't really hear me or pointed his bum at me and only at me... But I like your thinking! ;D ;D ;D
If I were you I would pick the place where Cooper was standing, in the centre at the end of the catwalk. Then you are able to see everything that happens on the stage, the catwalk and the mini stage in the crowd!

He didn´t clapped on his bum in Frankfurt But in front of the catwalk it´s really a good place! Although I was sure there´s no thing?! And thx for the review, it´s very detailed! I´m sure you had a good time! ;D ;D

I actually starting panicing about Sheffield yesterday- we were planning to go from Chippenham to Sheffield that day but I think it is too far and we will have to go up the day before. PANIC!!!!!!!!!

Thanx Tiger for the review! I think you had such a good time, as I did in Germany Roger is great and that is marvellous seeing him so near... as I said I stood on the left side of the stage so I could see Roger all the time playing and while he was singing Radio Ga Ga and TATDOOL... only while Say It's Not True and one verse of Radio I saw his butt ;D I hope you all had great time on those concerts and you waiting - that you'll have a lovely time

Brigitte, where are you girl? Can's wait to see your pix!!! ;D ;D ;D I am right here! Sorry, was offline until last night and now managed to have a cold as well plus being in the office yesterday wasn't a wise choice cause I had to do extra hours. Enough moaning! Thanks a lot for your review of this great concert! The only thing I have to add is that I loved the extra drum solo during "Let there be drums". I also liked that PP took over some of the slow version of "Hammer to fall". And "Feel like making love" was also played again in Antwerp. My pics of Frankfurt and Antwerp should be online sometime this afternoon (if I can decide on which ones that will be). The only thing I thought wasn't so nice was that when Roger introduced Danny and Jamie he didn't make the joke (like he did in Munich and Frankfurt) that they were coming from Munich, etc. And I would have loved to hear that comment on condoms again he did in Munich! Funny!!! And it was soooo nice to meet you, Tiger!!!!
