when i met them they all seemed real happy. roger told me he's having the time of his life.
but i think it would be unfair towards paul solo career to force him to tour again/record some material. plus, as a queen fan and freddie fan, if they do, i want it to be called at least as the tour: queen plus rodgers... freddie is freddie, and queen have freddie and john imn them..
but if they do record it and it's good, bring it on!

That's from our point of view, as fans. But when you have a closer look at the news papers, you will soon realize that they don't make a difference anymore. They point him out as the new lead singer of Queen. I have no clue how successful Paul's solo career has been before joining Roger and Brian and how many solo albums he has released. To be honest I never heard about him before all this. I mean, sure, I knew his bands "Free" and "Bad Comp" and songs like "Allright now", but never paid attention to the singer.  I wish I knew what this tension within the group was about. I can imagine it hasn't been very easy to get along with perfectionists like Bri, though. I dunno, I would like to see him more integrated in Queen..well..if he feels like it. Freddie is dead, it is about time to start something new. |

Gosh, hunny, what's got into you that you make such brilliant speeches?. Why should you be discusing the name again if it works the way it is right now and everybody has got used to it? Why change it if you haven't found a stronger, a more magnetic one? Now you surprise me, isn't Rog a perfectionist as well? It would be wonderful if they all started something new, something with the same energy and life. They would so perfectly perfect. Lol

Of course is Roger a perfectionist, but Bri is reported to be the bigger one of them. Roger is more the "take it easy" type of rocker. "I'm not very fond ouf hours of practising"..isn't that what he once said? And of course they should carry on with the name Queen. Heck, can there be any better one? I suppose no! ;D |
