My mum claimed he is suffering from exophthalmic goitre because of his eyes. As for his voice: She doesn't even call it "singing"...

Besides... I am really in love with his new "Say It's Not True" What do you think? I think he should record sth new that would be like a ... I don't know what, for me. I just... just got a little bored still listening to seven albums of him all over again This is such a good song with strong lyrics. I am so much looking forward to the studio release of the 46664 album! And about touring... He did tour only UK last time, and as I am here in Poland that's no good for me It is really hard for me to come there and find the place, the overnight accomodation and a flight... just for one day to come and see him play. I honestly don't think that he will ever do a solo tour again. The only way I think he would go was with Brian, who is obviously hooked on the musical. It's a shame. Don't get me wrong, I think the musical is fun (ok, I've just seen the version in London and I am bit scared about the German version that will open here in Cologne later this year). But this is of course nothing compared to a concert. The only chance to see him or Brian these days is at the after show parties. And they don't offer tix for fans - at least not too many!

Brigitte I've been thinking exactly the same thing. If we wanna see Roger anymore it will be with Brian at one off gigs here and there! I think we shall have to savour every moment if this happens ever again (crossed fingers)

I also think the same (sadly) I so much would love to see Roger live!!! But I also know it is a dream that cannot really come true. BUT I would so much like to believe in it! But I just can't! I also wait for that studio album of 46664, but to me it looks like a long walk to... having it And I can tell you, I wouldn't go to the musical. I'm not interested in such things and I'm not even pretending to be. And all those after show parties - short and far away from where I live. I wouldn't convince anyone to go with me, and my boyfriend would do only if he didn't have his studies and work ... I have just the last year of studies so I could find some days off... Such a shame... and I'm not writing anythng more now because otherwise I'm going to CRY...

Tiggy, sorry to hear you are feeling this way. If the musical wasn't here in Cologne you can bet that I wouldn't have gone out of this country for just a mere tiny chance to see them perform after a premiere. But don't condemn the musical until you've seen it. And should you have the chance to ever see it in a place close to you, please do as it is really a lot of fun and NOT a typical musical. I am not pretending that it's anything like a Queen concert, but it's really more of a rock show than some musical that would makes you crinch every 5 minutes.

My cousin went to see it in London and Brian came on at the end and played his guitar and she was over the moon cos Brian is her favourite!! Doesn't Roger do that with him anymore?

Dear all, I know I sound like a pesimist the whole way. But I really do not find this musical so much Queen. I've been once to German 'fest' and the played Queen but it was awful. And this is for me sth alike: somebody plays Queen or Queen style (very well, that is ok) but still IT IS NOT QUEEN. And it IS QUEEN whom I love and admire. Maybe I could go and see if the musical ever came to Poland (but promotion here would be mere I think, and there still is this problem that we Poles earn much much less that other Europeans: so the show would be more expensive for our people even if it was cheaper that outside Poland). And I see a big problem here. We are still far behind the UE because our government was comunist-led for about 50 years after WW2 and we can clearly see how it affected our economy. BUT it is much better now than it was some time ago and there is still sth EU can gain from us And of course it is not that bad here as in Russia for example. But coming back to WWRY in Poland - it would be ok if it got a biiigggg promotion here

Just to bring back to your mind Roger produced some songs some time ago and not of every of those I would say they were damn great! ;D But many were, and still are, very beautiful.

With regards to the musical though I think it is certainly up to the individual whether they like it or not and I am not gonna lay judgement against someone coz they say they don't like it. The musical has been good bringing Queen to the attention of younger fans who may not have thought about them before. Also when it's packed out every night for as long as it's been running you must think to yourself surely this is worth seeing if only once?? I'm not all that into musicals myself. My mum loved them but as I grew up I couldn't see the attraction of people suddenly bursting into song every few minutes. WWRY is great for pure entertainment and the musics pretty good too

I do agree, it may be and I'm not saying that musical is sth that cannot be liked. But... still it is ok I guess (I listened to the London WWRY CD). But I prefer PURE ROGER Feel the force it lifts you up, takes you out feel the force!!!

You can't argue with the power that is PURE ROGER!! Does something to the knees and around the heart area. Have you experienced these strange sensations or is it just me? ;D

Have you experienced these strange sensations or is it just me? ;D It's just you, I am afraid! ;D No, I know lots of girls (including me) that have the same sensations. So don't worry, you are in "good company"!

I wish I could go and see WWRY again, it costs so much just to go and see it Did you ever try to get standing tickets? They cost about 12 GBP so they are affordable. I also wish that would happen to me if I went to see it that Brian (or Roger) will appear You need to pick an important date (like last November when Tony had his last performance. Brian turned up to say farewell as did Ben. I was lucky to be there. Rog turned up at the aftershow party.) Or in April when the cast changed. Rog and Brian were there. Brian performed and Roger's job was it to hand over little presents to the leaving cast members. Oh, and I was there again... My friend Queenie and me just love London and are there once or twice a year. And we choose our holidays around those special dates. I guess you have to keep your eyes/ears open and check the WWRY message board from time to time (or Brian's soapbox).
