Hi Alison I just mentioned the welcome back because you haven't been posting for a while I meant welcome back to the board! Let me know when you want some info on Whisperers and what kind of stuff you need to know by PM ing me! Oh okay, well, it's mainly the computer problem. In case it wasn't obvious, I bought the magazines because they had stuff about Queen in them. I'll come back to you about Whisperers. I've so many projects for the site I don't know when I'll be looking at it yet. I think 'Dear Mr Murdoch' has been sitting there since before the tour!!!

Just been reading through this thread.. am I really the only one who likes Fun In Space?! I can see that it might seem a bit typical 80s but it has some great music on it, My Country I & II, No Violins & Good Times are Now are great to listen to, but Fun in space and Laugh or cry are not so great.. lol. And Queen stuff - I LOVE Modern times rock 'n' roll and Coming soon, am i on my own here as well?!

I like Modern Times and I've never really seen the problem people have with Coming Soon Still I guess I would say that LOL........... Fun in space is good - it's just not as good as Strange Frontier for example

I think i prefer FIS to Strange Frontier! But then i seem to prefer all of Queens earlier music to their later stuff so maybe i was born into the wrong generation One of my favourite songs is Mad The Swine from Queen In Nuce so i guess the older the better for me! I've just been in Truro for the day and walked along Falmouth Rd where Roger lived as child! Couldn't actually find his house though as I don't know the number :S Still, a good place with lots of very large houses!

I got all his solo albums only last week on cd and FIS is the only one I knew until then bec I had it on LP 20 years ago. Now that I´ve listened to the other stuff I can say FIS is the best for me. But maybe, if I´m used to the (for me) new stuff it will change. Who knows? ;D ;D The early stuff of Queen is my favourite. I do really love Queen II ;D ;D I´m born in the wrong era too and often dream to invent a time machine.... ;D ;D

I'm from near Plymouth, just on the border of Devon and Cornwall but I have to say that Cornwall is my favourite place ever (closely followed by London) so I seem to almost live there! What about you guys? Anyone else from the south west?

Oh good! The bad thing about living here is that it is so far away from everyone and everything! The closest that Queen + Paul Rodgers came was Cardiff!! I saw that Queen once played in Plymouth, but unfortunately I wasn't actually alive then to see them!
