I've made and online portfolio of some of my work to show universities when they need to see my media projects. Could someone have a look and let me know. If anything on there isn't that good then please tell me cos I have to impress these people. The video section has only one video so far untill I upload some more the link is: sam.sekrit.co.uk/portfolio/portfolio.htm

I'd love to give some input but I don't know anything about photography, etc. The only thing I can say is that I liked the pics and loved the video!

I don´t know anything about photography either. But I can tell you that I like the vid and the photos. Except the last three ones... with that Adam Bomb. I like the first shot of him I like, but not the rest. But don´t ask me why, it´s just a feeling...

Nice video and pix Sam, they're good. I don't know about the designs, I guess I'm not that artistic...

The designs are just ideas I have, I don't claim they're like anything profound or anything. Its for fun really, but I might take them down if it will count against me

It would be nice being able to skip through the pics. I liked all of them! Especially the first series. As usual I can't see the vid. I dunno why.

Maybe if you arranged them in a slide show. Same for the designs. I think it would be better as it means the people assessing you not having to click on any buttons, or ifyou are there while they look at it, it would free you up to talk about what's on screen. Maybe some more designs, mess around a bit, they don't all have to be finished as the assessors are also interested in the process of creating a design. ( I've gone through a design interview years and years ago and was told to put my roughs in too - best advice I was given).

I've just thought of sth, not sure you can do that or whether it would help, but why not add some instrumental mood type music to the slideshow? You need to be careful what you choose though. Try and make it fit somehow, than again, it could be a bad idea. Sorry.
