:)So now we know why Rog has not always been a likeable person to everybody during the 80's  ....Sorry,but sometimes has been his fault,cause of criticism he had on people and saying his opinion so...with arrogance :-/Sometimes he seemed to be allowed to say what he wanted just to tease people..I dunno,but it's what comes to my mind...Like when he said that he hasn't ever known a guitar player good enough to compose Radio Gaga with his guitar..Any message to Brian  ?? Um........excuse me but this happens both ways!! When Brian wants a drummer he doesn't always call on Roger ie: Cozy Powell (R.I.P) and Eric Singer - c'mon give Roger a break!! He is how he is!! |

Dammit for not being there to kiss it better. ;D ;D ;D ;D I don't know anything about this but it's not as if Brian has always been as placid as he is now. Not that he's necessarily been unpleasant, but in at least one interview on Greatest Hits II DVD he looks more than a bit wound up. I think most people got wound up in the 80s though. Generally the artists took themselves terribly seriously. Maybe the videos for 'The Works' album, notably IWTBF and IAHL, helped to keep Queen in the forefront for being an antidote to those things. I don't really know though because I was travelling a lot at the time. Anyway, we're now many years on, Roger recently said of any dispute 'it was never personal' between him and Brian, and the relationship between them now is clearly very close indeed. |
